AIMS: It is the policy of ERST- SOLUTIONS not only to comply with health and safety measures as required by law, but to act positively to prevent injury, ill health, fire, property damage and damage to the environment arising from its operations. This policy applies to all sites where ERST- SOLUTIONS is performing work and covers all our activities and services in the field of Supply, Installation and Maintenance of telecommunication equipment. This commitment to HSE is our highest priority and will not be compromised.

OUR PRINCIPLES:

  • All incidents can be prevented;
  • No task is so important that risk of injury to people or damage to environment is justified;
  • Effective HSE management is critical foundation for sustainable management.

OUR OBJECTIVES:

  • No harm to people and the environment;
  • To show leadership in the field of HSE Management;
  • To work in a sustainable and responsible manner;

OUR METHODS:

  • Promote a positive culture based on improving our HSE Performance;
  • Complying with all legal, regulatory and other requirements;
  • Eliminating hazards, practices and behaviors that could cause incidents, injuries or illness;
  • The  company will continuously improve its Occupational Safety and Health policies and procedures;
  • The company will continuously improve working conditions and ensure HSE performance improvement.
  • Contractors operating in the production fields of the company or other contractors will comply with the with Occupational Safety and Health policies and procedures of the company;

The Company is dedicated to continuously provide high quality service that fully meet or exceeds the requirements of each of our customer at all times. The goal of our company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously improve performance of our operations.

Commitment to the implementation of supporting managerial and business operational systems is essential to realizing this goal.

Eurodesign CSC believes in the concept of Customer and supplier working together in pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements in service quality.

Our Quality Policy is based on 6 fundamental principles:

  • Ensuring that we fully identify and conform to the needs of our customers and/or other requirements that may apply
  • Monitor our service realization process to identify any potential for low quality and take necessary actions to improve it;

To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, nominated staff will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and ensuring that correct procedures are followed to meet those requirements.

The quality policy principles and objectives will be set at appropriate levels of the company and communicated to staff. Training will be an integral part of the strategy to achieve set objectives.

Within this Policy we are committed to operating our Company under the disciplines and control of a Quality Management System conforming to the IS0 9001:2008, planned and developed jointly with our other management functions.

Our Company will constantly review and improve our services to ensure tasks are completed in the most cost effective and timely manner for the benefit of all our customers and stakeholders.

 

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

ERST- SOLUTIONS CSC is a telecommunications engineering company, operating throughout Turkey. During the design, planning and execution of our projects, we are dedicated to conducting our activities in a manner, which protects and safeguards the environment.

To this end, the General Director and employees are committed to continual improvement, prevention of pollution and compliance with relevant environmental legislation and regulations.

The Environmental Policy will be regularly reviewed to ensure that it is compatible with objectives and targets identified from consideration of the environmental aspects of the Company’s operations.

The Executive Board will communicate the policy to its employees and sub-contractors and strive to ensure that it is easily understood.

Policy objectives are:

  • To reduce waste and consumption of resources.
  • To reduce or eliminate incidents of pollution.
  • To ensure that environmental issues are considered on a regular basis.
  • To seek and encourage feedback from the all level on problem areas and new initiatives.
  • To provide the appropriate level of training to all our staff members and sub-contractors.

At every stage, ERST- SOLUTIONS will seek to advise and co-operate with clients and other interested parties in achieving environmentally friendly working and materials handling techniques.

ERST- SOLUTIONS will encourage its sub-contractors and suppliers to adopt similar policies and objectives.
